OFFICE MANAGER
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office cleanliness, supervising support staff, and ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-stocked.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Manage the schedules and duties of office boys and security staff to ensure optimal coverage.
• Monitor and maintain office cleanliness by coordinating with support staff and janitorial services.
• Ensure all departments are adequately stocked with necessary office supplies and consumables at all times.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and place timely orders to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers related to office operations.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees by preparing workspaces and required materials.
• Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to office operations.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards is a plus.
