Creative Graphic Designer
A Creative Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions with high visual impact after understanding the requirements and needs of the task before making design decisions.
Their designs are required for a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, posters, product packaging, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organizations a visual 'brand'.
The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time and deadlines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:
o Thinks creatively and develops new concepts, graphics, and layouts while adhering to world class standards
o Works with a wide range of print and digital media with knowledge of the latest technology and trends
o Manage design work for multiple overlapping projects from concept through execution.
o Work cross-departmentally—Development, Production, and more—to keep the various tasks on track.
o Coordinate with third party vendors as necessary i.e. advertising agency, social media agency, print houses, production studios, Audio / Visual Suppliers, photographers/videographers.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
· Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, Aftereffects
· 3D concept design would be a plus
· Articulate presentation skills, and an extreme attention to details
· 2-4 years’ experience in graphic design in-house or at an agency
· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
· Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas in a collaborative environment
· Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
