Hospitality Production Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Hospitality Production Lead to oversee the visual production, styling, and atmosphere across our hospitality venues. The ideal candidate has strong experience in venue styling, décor production, and experiential hospitality environments. This role ensures that all venues maintain a high standard of presentation and guest experience through creative décor concepts, seasonal transformations, and customized setups for private bookings and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall visual production and styling of all hospitality venues including restaurants, rooftops, and hotel outlets.

• Maintain high standards of ambiance, décor, lighting concepts, and spatial setups across all locations.

• Plan and execute venue refreshes, redesigns, and decorative upgrades when required.

• Lead the planning and execution of seasonal venue transformations and installations for occasions such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, New Year’s, Ramadan, and other key events.

• Develop creative décor concepts that enhance the guest experience and strengthen the brand identity.

• Coordinate production requirements for private bookings and customized guest experiences.

• Design tailored venue setups according to guest requests including décor, layout, and ambiance adjustments.

• Source and manage external vendors including décor suppliers, lighting providers, floral designers, and furniture rental companies.

• Oversee vendor setup, quality control, and timelines to ensure smooth production execution.

• Plan and schedule production activities across multiple venues while coordinating with venue managers and operations teams.

• Assist in preparing budgets for décor, seasonal installations, and styling projects while ensuring cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in hospitality production, venue styling, décor management, or experiential hospitality environments.

• Experience within restaurants, nightlife venues, hotels, or lifestyle hospitality concepts is highly preferred.

• Strong creative eye for design, ambiance, and spatial presentation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple venues and projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Experience managing vendors and external suppliers.

• Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments and manage production during live operations.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
