Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is capable of independently managing marketing projects from concept to execution and will play a key role in planning and delivering campaigns that drive brand awareness and support the company’s growth objectives. A background in hospitality or events industries is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead the coordination and rollout of digital marketing activities including social media, content creation, and email marketing.
• Support the organization and promotion of events, product launches, and brand activations.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate insights to optimize results.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative marketing assets.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, events, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media management and SEO.
• Experience using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have:
• Experience working on B2C campaigns and event promotions.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
