Senior Entertainment & Talent Executive


Job Summary:

The Senior Entertainment & Talent Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and booking DJs, artists, and performers for the company’s events and venues. This role requires strong knowledge of both local and international music trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with artists, managers, and booking agencies. The executive will ensure all entertainment bookings align with the company’s brand while delivering unique and memorable experiences for audiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Identify, source, and book DJs, musicians, and performers across various music genres.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, booking agencies, and talent representatives.

  • Negotiate contracts, riders, fees, and schedules while ensuring favorable terms for the company.

  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts, payments, and compliance requirements.

  • Stay up to date with music industry trends, emerging artists, and popular genres to recommend talent.

  • Manage entertainment budgets and track costs for each event.

  • Oversee logistics related to talent bookings, including travel, accommodations, and technical requirements.

  • Work closely with event production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Represent the company professionally in all industry dealings, maintaining a strong reputation among artists and managers.

  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in international talent booking, entertainment management, or event production.

  • Strong knowledge of music genres, industry trends, and artist networks (local & international).

  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Established contacts with DJs, artists, and agencies (a strong plus).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
